Top 3 books to help you transform your running.

Featuring Caitlin on the blog this month was truly inspiring. She persuaded me to get out there and give running a go. Seeing that its summer (well nearly) and with several parks at my doorstep- I’ve literally run out of all my pathetic excuses. In need of some inspo, I turned to my friend/photographer Charlotte who is a triathlete and an ace runner. The books on this list are a few of her favourites that she’s used as her running guides.
